Currently, we are in the process of revamping our web page, hence why you are facing the error 404.
You can now chat any time with our virtual assistant MOCA wherever you see a chat bubble at the bottom of the page. You’ll also find it in My Account, MYOB Academy, and on our help pages at myob.com/support. If MOCA can't help, you'll be able to chat with support or submit a support request.

thanks for replying but it does not help at all, i have looked everywhere! perhaps you could pop in a pic of what it looks like because i cant find it!
