Update Superannuation details

Hi ,

 

I use MYOB Advanced. 

 

I need to update employee super annuation memeber ID under EMployee Self Service. 

But all fields are greyed out. 

 

Can anyone please help on how can I update? or if any employee cannot update who can update these details ? Payroll Officer? Which particular license and roles are required to have rights to updates these details?

    If you cannot edit the details of an employee for Super, make sure that you have the user role of Payroll. This should allow you to edit the super details of an employee. Also, please attach a screenshot where it is greyed out. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
