Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear that you were not able to access the Developer tab. In order for the developer tab to display in your my.MYOB account, you will need to make sure that you have the correct account displayed in the drop down menu that apprears in the top right hand corner of the my.myob website once you have signed in.
I would also recommend to visit this post that has the same issue you are having. Unable to see developer tab
