RESOLVED: 12/6/2020 - Online AccountRight API Incident

UPDATE: This incident has been resolved and everything will now be working as expected. Thank you for all your patience and apologies for the inconvenience again.


An incident has been identified affecting the online AccountRight API. This incident occurred at approx. 10.00 PM on 11th June (AEST). The appropriate teams have been notified and we are currently undertaking a thorough investigation into the cause. We will update through the appropriate channels once we have a resolution in place.


We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.
