Bank Reconciliation Page not Loading

The Bank Reconciliation screen for a particular account is not loading. This has happened before. Is anyone else having the same trouble at the moment?

Hi @37093709 

 

Can you try clearing the browser cache and then load the function again? If it still does not work, please try a different browser and let me know how you go on.

I have similar issue on invoices page.

Have tried different browser, same issue of specific invoice pages not opening.

Tryng to delete payments that myob incorrectly automatched, (had this setting turned off because it is so unreliable and causes huge problems when it's wrong, but the recent upgrade turned it on without asking me and proceeded to screw up everything).

So many glitches since the 'upgrade'

I'm having the same issue with loading existing invoices, just keeps timing out.
Also unable to add new ones, keeps asking for a tax code which it's never done before

My invoices also not loading. It just times out.

I have cleared browser cache and tried on different browsers and devices. Still won't open any invoices.

Hi Everyone


Our team has been investigating an error that impacted our MYOB Business customers from invoices not being accessed.

 

This situation has since been resolved and our team will continue to monitor the situation going forward
