25th July: I've been waiting on the line for 40 minutes so far and "my position in the queue" is still 4. I was 6 but I suspect two gave up on it. This is worse than a government department. It's a complete disgrace.
I'll wait & see how long this goes on for ...................
And the music you have no choice listening to, is terrible.

After 51 minutes I got to talk to someone in some country somewhere or other, and she had absolutely no willingness to accept that this was a problem (for two days in 2020 MYOB treated income items as expenses - I've just taken over from someone who hadn't allocated anything for 20 months so trying to do a reconciliation).

I am sick of having to ask everyone I spoke to on that helpless line to tell me again what they're saying and having to constantly repeart myself. And after an hour .... I still have the problem. Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless.
