This problem of Macquarie Bank Feeds needs to be addressed.
I'm currently 28 days since a feed this time. I need an answer or I will have to go elsewhere.

I agree and I am feeling that we will also cancel the subscription. the response from MYOB has been less than helpful. It is far too long to be 'working on it as a priority'. And the only phone number you can find is their sales team.
It is not even listed on the status page that they want everyone to go check each time.

Agree - I requested a bank feed application since early Jan and it's still not approved. What's going on with MYOB / Macquarie???

We are having the same problem with Macquarie feeds and MYOB. No updates now for over 2 weeks. Many annoyed clients. Any comment or updates MYOB? Very frustrating.........

The data team and the bank are currently working on resolving this issue. Once the data is available, the bank transactions will be delivered to your client file.
