Online Administrator access unable to download MYOB invoices
Hi Can you advise why I don't have the option to download your invoices - I have administrator access. Below is a snippet from user with "Owner" access. Every time I need to download MYOB's invoice, I have to wait for a code from the "owner" so trying to bypass this stage. Is there an option for invoices to be emailed instead? With the recent changes, I now have to untick a box to stop someone getting an invitation. We've already got their details before we get to the point where I want to enter it in MYOB. If I forget to untick that box we're going to look unprofessional asking them for all the same details again. I need to be able to turn the feature off completely, or at the very least, to have an option to have it default to NOT ticked rather than ticked. Good Afternoon, Our online ordering platform Fresho uses a program called featureIT to import invoices into our MYOB Account Right. Unfortunately on 16/5/24 & 17/5/24 there must have been an error with MYOB and over 10 duplicates of each invoice for majority of our customers (hundreds!!) has been imported into MYOB. We contacted support at Fresho and FeatureIT and they have looked into this problem and have told us to redirect it to your support team as it appears to be an issue on MYOB end. Can you please advise if there is a simple way to now have to delete these duplicates from each customers as there are thousands or if someone from the MYOB team can fix this for us. As we honestly dont really have time to go through each customer and indivually delete duplicate imported invoices. We urgently await your reply. Hi MYOB Support, I cannot get the Payables reconciliation with tax report to print at 31 March 2024, the last time it will print is 14 November 2023. I have tried: clearing the cache, running for a shorter period tried in Edge as well as Chrome tried on our client's computer as well as my own I have attached the Console report showing the error.
