Thank you for your feedback. Currently LiveAccounts uses the information in the Business Name field on the Invoice. Therefore at this stage it is a necessary for the system to default Business name field with the details entered in the First/Last name fields for Individual type customers.
We are currently looking at changing this, so that the system leaves the Business field blank and picks up the customer details from the First/Last name fields.
