In LiveAccounts, the Business Name and Contact Last Name are two separate fields.
However, when importing customers, those two fields are one: "Co./Last Name".
This means that either:
- Contact's end up having the Company Name as their last name e.g. John Smith from Smith
- OR the Business name becomes the Contact's last name e.g. John Acme Inc. from Acme Inc.
It would be great to be able to import contact name and business name correctly e.g. John Smith from Acme Inc.
This bug makes the customer import function kind of useless - it takes nearly as much time to open every imported contact and add the missing data as it takes to enter it all manually.
Can you fix this please?
