I would like to see the Surname of the Individual Contact as the field that invoices/statements/reports are sorted by, not the first name/Mr/Mrs/initials. MYOB AccountRight does this no problem. An example that a client has is Mr John Doe is sorted by Mr. And they have a lot of Mr's!
