We are a mobile business and we tried the MYOB OnTheGo app. We can not add a new item on a mobile app when making a new invoice. Only pre-loaded itemes made on a PC can be used.
This renderes this app useless for our business. We have days where we add 2-3 new items when we are out at customers houses and have access only to a phone. The app that we use right now (Invoice2Go) lets us do this with ease. We really want to switch to MYOB but unless MYOB allows creation of new items we will not be subscribing.
