Merchant fees not automatically reconciling
Hi there, We've just started receiving online payments minus the merchant fees as advised by MYOB but it doesnt seem to be automatically reconciling. The amounts obviously dont match and are out of balance. We have attempted to sort this out ourselves, we gone through the online support about "Changes to how you pay for online payments" But we cant seem to be any wiser. Going into the Online Payment Portal, and check the ledger accounts but they appear to be the appropriate ones. However we cant seem to sort this issue out. Can someone please advise what we are not doing and help make transactions automatically reconcile as its supposed to? Hi, Today I created an invoice in MYOB Essentials and when I view or export the invoice the Description column takes up too much width and both the Tax and Amount columns do not fit on the invoice. The last invoice that I created was in March 2023 and it was fine however if I view or export that previous invoice it also has the same problem with the Description column being too wide and the Tax and Amount column do not fit across the page. We have recently taken measures to deliver new security functionality to provide contextual and adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) controls. As a result, MFA now takes into consideration a range of factors including user’s location, device & behaviour patterns to determine the level of authentication required. By analysing contextual information like time of day and user location, our MFA can identify if additional authentication measures are necessary. This approach aims to reduce user effort, whilst maintaining a high level of security. However, we have reviewed concerns raised by our customers. What we’ve heard: I want to be prompted for a login more frequently (7 days is not sufficient, unless I have the option to select this frequency) I want to understand MFA and login requirements. I want to understand my role in securing sensitive information. What we’re doing: Reverting login frequency to 12 hours. Users will be prompted to login after 12 hours, as they were previously. Users can select "Trust this device for 30 days", however may be prompted more frequently if additional authentication is required. We recommend users log out at the end of every session, via the product menu. Hello, We paid our superannuation for last quarter in bulk through MYOB however the payments for 2 of our employees has bounced back into our bank account. How do I receipt the deposit and repay the super with the correct details as there seems to be two quite different methods described online:- https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/payroll/superannuation/returned-superannuation-contributions https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/payroll/superannuation/make-superannuation-payments/reversing-superannuation-payments We pay our super through MYOB but have never had any communication from the Pay Super Team for any of our companies over the past 8 years.
