Report: General ledger details - Revert back to original location after opening transaction

  1. When reviewing GL/ref no. then exit out, it takes you back to the top of the GL report so you have to rescroll down to your last account number you were reviewing and then continue your review. Old MYOB never did this, when you returned to the full report the screen was in the most recent place you had left it. Could this option be re-introduced.
  2. Report options to have don’t show “zero accounts”. When reviewing accounts could they re-introduce the option to not show accounts with a zero balance/activity? This makes a review of a month much simpler and less paper wastage when printing out a report.

    Hi Everyone


    Opening transactions from a report within MYOB Essentials will open the transaction in a new tab within the browser. A manual refresh of the browser tab will cause this situation to occur, however, the user would be taken back to the same location if returning to that tab if not refreshed.

     

    Note: This reporting change is available for the new MYOB Essentials platform. Existing (original) MYOB Essentials platform users will be migrated across to the new platform in due course based on the complexity of their MYOB Essentials product level. At the time of posting, migrations are already underway.
