Sales: Limit the Allocation to accounts to only being income accounts

Dear Myob,

here is our fustration with essentials- when entering invoices, it would be ideal  to have it so in the "allocate to" field we can only enter a number starting in 4? (ie we dont want any cost of sale codes starting with 5 to appear? 

also in Purchaes the cost of sales accounts should appear before expenses.

also when will we be able to add receipts to spend Money....like we can in Purchases?
