payroll cash split payment

I pay 2 employees who have their payments split between 2 accounts. Since going to MYOB Essentials online, only one of the payments is showing in the reconcilliation. I understand that this is because they are paid by cash and not electronically. Is there a way around this without changing to electronic payments?
