Need to change login name but message is login name already exists
Hello MYOB, I need to change login/email as no longer using this email as has been de-activitated by IT. I am still the Administrator for company that has been sold but will still need to do BAS, EOFY, etc. When I went to change login/email it came up with " Login name exists (l116_3000). Can you please advise and I will check for answers on Community everyday. I need this done ASAP. Thank you. Self explanatory really. But when the internet drops out or MYOB has a general outage, there needs to be some kind of recovery option. We lost several hours of payroll today that had to be redone. The outage was relatively short, but not the amount of work we lost. We were almost at the 'record payroll' stage. All individual pays had been edited as required. Bang. MYOB crashed. No recovery. No save point. Nothing. Had to start from scratch. Can't imagine what it was like for even bigger businesses if they were at the same point in their payroll processing. Outages are unavoidable. I get that. But we need a better solution. I can't comment on the browser version. Maybe it doesn't have the same issues. But we can't use the payroll in the browser version because it doesn't have all the features we use.1View0likes0Comments
