MYOB App still not working in new Android Phones
Please be aware MYOB Invoice App will not work in latest Android phones which supports only 32 bits App. MYOB is still a 16 bit APP. So MYOB Invoice App will not work in Galaxy S24 and other phones using Android latest OS. Quick books and Zero working fine in Android phones. Contacted MYOB several times, but no use. As usual they increased annual subscription this year also. No proper customer service or technical support. Zero is much cheaper and user freindly as I heard. Any former MYOB users here, who are currently using Zero or Quick books ? Please share your opinion.112Views0likes3Commentsany work around for adding a deposit to an order?
Hoping someone has worked out a way to apply a deposit to an order ? A deposit is often paid a month before the invoice is raised - with MYOB Business i can no longer place a payment against an order - don't want to invoice as the client that early as it leads to them receiving overdue notices. Not being able to apply deposit is making reconciling bank so time consuming - have made it a suggestion to MYOB but not having the ability to apply a deposit is adding hours of work Grateful for any suggestions / help0Views0likes0CommentsFeedback
Is there anywhere feedback from clients and issues is available to view? A post outlining problems and the level of client service has been considered and removed by the admin so I'm left wondering where reviews can be placed as there's no Google Review option and no social media option either. Are other users wanting somewhere for reviews or know where they can be found?8Views0likes1CommentGuidance Needed on Reversing Sales Order and Payment
Hello Guys, Back in December 2021, our client received a sales order and made a payment against it. However, despite receiving the payment, the order was not fulfilled or shipped. As a result, the payment was allocated to the order as a deposit. To rectify this situation, I am considering advising our client to reverse the payment allocation and subsequently reverse the sales order. I propose dating these reversals for the June 2024 Quarter to ensure they are captured accurately in our FY2024 balances. Before proceeding, I have a couple of questions: Upon the reversal of payment allocation, will this action result in the bank details becoming unreconciled? In other words, will the amount float in the bank feed until it is re-allocated or reconciled with a different transaction? When we reverse the sales order and payment, will this process generate a credit note similar to how it works with sales invoices? I appreciate your guidance on these matters, as it is crucial that we ensure the proper allocation of this payment to the succeeding invoices of the customer, so we are considering to code the allocated payment as "Credit Note" or if you have other advise, it will be fully appreciated. Thanks in advance29Views0likes7Comments
