Business Insights: Show sales value for the month

The business insights screen idea is good but it would be much more useful if we could have a simple dashboard that showed our sales team sales results for month-to-date.

 

Currently to get the sales for the month i have to go through the reports window which a bit slow and cumbersome.

 

If we could have a dashboard, say at the bottom of the home menu page for example, that showed, in a single $ figure for each:

 

  • Invoiced sales to date for the month
  • Open Quote total value
  • Orders (not yet invoiced) outstanding
  • etc.

this would have major benefits for our team!

this could also be implemented for purchasing teams.

    Hi Merino

    Thank you for your idea in regards to AccountRight and sales figures

    Currently if you did want to see the sales figures you would be looking at the Business Insights or displaying the sales reports. However I would encourage other users that would like to see a dashboard showing sales information to vote and comment if required for this idea.

    Yes please this would be great! Many other accounting packages have this so I think this is essential!

    Hi Everyone


    The AccountRight Browser interface's Dashboard would provide an overview of the sales information such as the sales for the month, open invoices total for the past 12 months, the total overdue amount for the past 12 months, and the most overdue invoices. The Total sales information can also be found in a graph format. 

    Additional sales reports and information is available through the Reporting>>Reports>>Sales.
