Card File: Show first name followed by last name

Subject : Names in card file
Description: How can i change the way the names are in myob, in the card file any indevidual the last name comes first and when you use letter templates the letter ends up with Smith, James in the address,evan when searching if you type in James it will not come up, is ther any way this can be changed
