Myob file stuck in backup, its need to be reset please - urgent
Hello, my file is stuck in backup mode I did a back up, it seemed to stop It then said connection with server lost I then received message saying back up complete I tried to log back into file and its says that backup in progress So something has gone wrong, please fix my file ASAP, I have to wages in the morning thank youSolved582Views0likes8CommentsMYOB Advanced API unexpected/unstable behavior
Hi all, I've just signed up here hoping someone can help me out with this issue that I am facing -- causing considerable integration problems which is not doing well for our customer -- who uses MYOB Advanced. The customer of course does not understand the issue as the essence of it is technical. I notice this happening randomly, and recently more often than not. Using the contract REST API, just trying to retrieve records randomly errors out with status 500 ( Internal Server Error ), and other times the request succeeds with a 200 ( OK ) but returns nothing, while I am Accepting and expecting JSON, my fetch client errors out, because the response body returned is not valid JSON, and the exact same request will sometimes succeed and return the expected results. We are having trouble with Myob Essentials not submitting the weekly Pay Day filing through to Inland Revenue. This is now the 4th week that this has not gone through. We have tried to follow the MYOB instructions on how to fix this but it is still not working. Does anyone know how to fix this2Views0likes0Comments
