Online Payments: BPay Surcharge
Hi MYOB Team, I can see that this has previously asked by many other users in the "MYOB Community", and whilst they have all been replied to and then "closed" for comment, this hasn't rectified nor made the problem businesses face go away. Can we please have either: 1. the ability to automatically pass on BPAY merchant surcharge fees to clients on invoices, just like we do with MASTERCARD and VISA; and/or 2. the abilitiy to switch off BPAY as a payment option, right now it is lumped in with Mastercard and VISA. When we were part of the pilot program this was rarely an issue for us, but since being fully rolled out, regular users now know that by selecting BPAY as their method of payment they can avoid the surcharge fees. Initially after getting stung a few times we had to decide what level of fees we're prepared to cop? As a result we'd chosen to disable the payment feature all together for all "account clients" leaving it only available for Cash Sale Invoices and only if they're less than $500 because whilst this is a great feature the costs associated are NOT! I use MYOB for multiple companies with separate emails and logins. 2 x Companies transactions are not updating to the balance sheet and/or P&L reports In one, the 30 April reports are missing information. The Balance sheet isnot including the Accounts Payable and the P&L is not including the matching expense transation. This relates to unpaid supplier invoices (bills) entered last week prior to doing the BAS. In the other,The Balance sheet 30 Apr shows amounts that should not be there;(a) Accounts Payable ($137.77) and (b) GST Paid ($16.66). When you click into these amounts the balances are zero but the balance sheet incorrectly shows both of these as negative amounts. Hi, i can't seem to find the create a post so i could create a post. My question is, is no tax free threshold + STSL the same as the no tax free threshold hold?? I have an employee who has 2 jobs and just wants me to allocate no tax free threshold to his card but MYOB doesn't seem to have it anymore!!! He doesn't have loans just has 2 jobs.. Hi, Today I created an invoice in MYOB Essentials and when I view or export the invoice the Description column takes up too much width and both the Tax and Amount columns do not fit on the invoice. The last invoice that I created was in March 2023 and it was fine however if I view or export that previous invoice it also has the same problem with the Description column being too wide and the Tax and Amount column do not fit across the page. I have attached 2 screenshots of the current and previous invoices. How do I fix this problem with my invoices?84Views7likes15Comments
