Wouldn't it be great if there was an option to "REMIND ON CLOSING TO LOCK COMPANY FILE" sometimes we forget to lock the file and the clients; who are sometimes quite naughty; will go along and happily change or delete reconciled stuff. Sometimes they even UNLOCK it themselves to do this..... aaarrgghh.... there should also be the option for the bookkeeper to Lock the company file and the owner CANNOT unlock it !
