Pay Bills: Indicate transaction as Pay Urgent

Hi,

I have the account right plus V2013.5.

I am wondering if there is a way of one user marking purchases as "ready to pay" or "pay urgent" / approved to pay.

So that another user can log in and just process those bills that are ready for payment?

Thanks for the idea CNJ. I can certainly see how having an 'Approved' option on purchases would be handy when different users are paying the bills. We would love to hear what other users think about this.

Having an "Approved for payment" option for invoices would be extremely good! At present I have to go through all my unapproved invoices each week when performing payment runs to ensure I don't pay disputed invoices as currently there's nothing in MYOB for this.
