Unable to access platform 25/11/2021

I have had issues tonight and cannot do anything at all with my business. It lets me log in but after I click on company file it says there is an error and no matter how many times I try to log in or refresh it has the same issue. Recently upgraded from basic subscription to complete subscription.

Why something went wrong

I am unable to login to Myob and receiving constantly error msg while log in 'something went wrong'.

 

Need urgent help.

Unable to login

Hello, I am currently unable to login to MYOB Essentials and keep receiving the same 'something went wrong' message (please see attached screenshot). I have tried 3 different browsers, including the latest version of Firefox and am running it on a mac 10.14.4. Could you please get back to me asap as I am trying to send out invoices to clients. Thankyou.

Just double checked money was taken out this month and it was successfully so it isn't a payment issue. Still having the issue and need to do payroll

Same here and I am trying to get info to lodge BAS!!!  I am so sick of all these problems with the new upgrade!
