Payroll: Past pay runs - Delete option

When using payroll in Essentials the Payroll/Past pay runs, it has the date it was paid, but no delete option (if you've made an error) or the reference (PY000..) number.

If searching through Payroll/Employees/ Pay History, it shows a delete option, but no pay on date to match the correct one or a reference number.

It would be great if both search functions could display the payroll reference number (PY000..), and also, both have the delete function.

Hi Everyone

With MYOB Essentials user can delete a pay for an employee through the Pay runs window by selecting the required pay, choose the relevant employee's pay and selecting the Delete option (bottom left of the pay pop-up). See Help Article: Changing or deleting a pay for more information.

Note: This change is available for the new MYOB Essentials platform. Existing (original) MYOB Essentials platform users will be migrated across to the new platform in due course based on the complexity of their MYOB Essentials product level. At the time of posting, migrations are already underway.
