Setup: Adjustable columns

Can we please have the ability to adjust the field width of the columns on pages (like you can within a spreadsheet, a windows dialogue box, or pretty much every piece of software I've ever...). If this can't be achieved, at least provide a wide format so we can read the whole contents of each data field. If this can't be achieved, the main problems are the Customer Name in the dashboard and the Description when Creating Invoice. Thanks. Matt.
