Accepted client invitation but client is not showing under "my business" or "Company files online"

I accepted a client's invatation and welcome page says "online administrator access is now active" but the client is not in the list of company files I have access to.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing your online company file. Your patience is very much appreciated. In this matter, we recommend doing the basic trouble shooting like clearing cache. This action can often resolve the issue. Clearing them fixes certain problems like website loading slowly.

Hi Celia,

 

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried clear cache but I still cannot see the client, either through AccountRight or myob business online. Do you know if anything else might cause this issue?
