It would be quite useful to see the communication of reminders and unpaid invoice summaries being sent out to contacts like what you have done with the invoices - a window at the bottom ...
MYOB should include some form of confirmation that invoice reminders and/or unpaid invoice summaries are being sent to the selected customers and the date they are sent to allow follow-up of unpaid invoices.
