Change item to Inventoried Item
Hello Team
I have a client with a pre-existing item register that now wish to change their items to being inventoried. We are coming up against the problem of there being pre- existing transactions to these items. Is there a way we can change these without deleting sales or having to re create the items. The item register is currently over 1500 items .

Thanks for your post.
Upon checking, you can't start tracking stock for items that you've already bought or sold. If you wish to track stock for an item, you can duplicate it and then make the old one inactive in the item details.
