An unrecognised error occurred

Trying to process payroll and get the below error when attempting to record.

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 6286eedf-8637-42ef-a7a7-e88ab8fb95bb.

 

Have refreshed, cleared cache, tried different device and still get this error every time!

Hi, @iTT1 a warm welcome to the Community Forum! Thanks for reaching us.

 

I understand that your inquiry is regarding the error message.

To fix this issue, Open the Payroll Details section of the employee record. Select Save after opening the Leave tab. In order to record the pay, this changes the background data. Clear the browser's cache if you continue to get the same problem after clicking Save on the leave tab.

Hi Hannah

 

Now getting the below error when trying to select save from leave tab.

An unrecognised error occurred - Employees_PayrollCategoryTypeShouldNotBeNull

 

Any other suggestions on how to fix this one as well?
