Couldn't match transactions with payroll

Hi,

I couldn't match transactions with payroll for one of the employees particularly. The paid amount is exactly the same as the transactions. Not sure what's wrong. Can anyone help?

Hi @May_Ting2021 

This can happen if the payroll transaction is already reconciled. Can you please go to Banking>>Reconcile Accounts and check if this transaction is ticked. If yes, please untick it and it should appear for you to match on the Banking>>Bank feeds screen. Let me know if you have additional questions on this.
