We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your employee self-onboarding process. We appreciate your patience with this. Regarding this, within an hour of the employee submitting their details you should have received an email notification that the employee has completed their self-onboarding, and the submitted details will be added to the employee's card. Since you have mentioned that you did not receive any confirmation or any notifications regarding the form that your employee had been submitted. May we ask, does the employee appear in the self-onboarding invites list as having the form completed? You may refer to this help article, employee self-onboarding that has all the detailed information and steps with this.

We really appreciate your patience with this matter. May we ask if there is no card file created for the employee after successfully filling out the employee self-onboarding form? May you please try to resend an invitation again following the detailed steps on this help article, employee self-onboarding. Please note to check f there is card file recorded for that employee first before sending the invite again. Also make sure to ticked the box saying "Invite employee to fill out their own details." before resending the form again. You may refer to the sample screenshot below.

Hi Shella,
The new employee card file (with his name & employee ID) was created automatically after I sent the onboarding invite 2 days ago. I resent the invite yesterday and today, he didn't receive any.
I cannot see the box that say "Invite employee to fill out their own details."

Sorry, I was looking for "Invite employee to fill out their own details" in the wrong place.
New employee has a card file created already after sending onboarding invite out 2 days ago.
If I create another new card with his name, email and mobile, and tick the box "invite employee to fill out their own details", will it double up?
I did onboarding once before with another employee through the onboarding invite without creating a new card and without ticking the box "Invite employee to fill out their own details." He completed the forms. I received notification and his details were populated automatically without any issue.
Am I suppose to create employee first (and tick the box "Invite employee to fill out their own details" before I use emplyee self onboarding?

Thanks for your post.
I apologize for the delayed response. Regarding the employee self-onboarding process, the initial step involves initiating the request. You can do this by navigating to the Payroll or Card File command center and selecting Employee Self-Onboarding. A window will appear where you can input your employee information. Once you send the invitation and your employee submits their details, the information will be directly integrated into your AccountRight company file. Please be aware that if you've already entered any of these details, the employee's version will overwrite your entries.
