Setting up Pay super details for a new employee

I have added an new employee detailing her super fund details in Employee details.  When I go to pay super through MYOB her name and details are not showing.

Hi Jen21 

 

Is Superannuation calculating on the employees pay?  Check Payslip.

 

If not check the Pay Item and ensure the employee is added to the Superannation Pay Item.

Scroll to near the bottom of the below screen.

 

 

If the employee does appear in the Pay Item settings then reply back to post and hopefully MYOB can assist you further.
