superannuation payment

Hello Team,

 

I am trying to make a super payment for an employee and it does not allow me to record the payment. It says enter a valid employee membership number. I have entered the membership number provided by the employee. It is for COLONIAL FIRST STATE - FIRSTCHOICE WHOLESALE SUPER.

 

Please assist.

Can you please send me the employee membership number by Private Message, and I'll check if it follows the member rules for the fund?
