Can’t log in

I have tried everything I can think of and everything that has been suggested and I still can't log into myob. Cleared the cache for all devices that I have tried to log into. Tried different networks/ internet connections. Tried on different devices. I either get the numbers don't add up or that there was a problem logging in and to try again later.

Thanks for your post. Could you please send me your serial number and email address you are trying to log in with? Could you also clarify where and how you are trying to log in? Please send this information via Private Message.


Edit: Solved via Private Message: there were no accounts linked to the user's email address. Make sure you are set up correctly in the software. Here is a link with more information: Welcome to YourPay. Get your boss to complete your employee details and then re-invite you to YourPay.
