Export Profit and Loss Report Columns Missing

Hi,

 

I have generated a Profit and Loss report for last financial year (2023) and chosen to compare the results to Budget.  The budget figures appear nicely on the screen (I am using the browser version) but when I export only the Total figures appear.  I know that this has worked previously when I generated the same report and exported it.  The same thing happens with both Excel and PDF format.  I experimented by choosing to compare to Previous Year, the figures appeared on the screen AND appeared when I exported.  Help!!

Thank you for your post.

 

It's unusual that the budget figures aren't exporting correctly in the profit and loss report. To troubleshoot this, could you please clear your browser cache and cookies, log out, and log back in before attempting to export the report again?

 

If the issue persists, kindly include screenshots of the reports so we can investigate further.

Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing issues? If it does, kindly share a screenshot of the reports. Additionally, it might be helpful to clear your browser cache before attempting to export the report again. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

I have the same problem  I have tried logging in from 3 different PCs and at least one that has never accessed MYOB before.  The screen display shows the actual budget and variance columns but when exporting to a pdf to use an organisation logo only a single column of actual numbedrs is pronted.  THere is definitely a bug!

We apologize for any inconvenience you're facing with the MYOB platform. We understand the importance of having accurate and complete information, including the budget and variance columns. This certainly seems like an issue that needs attention. To investigate further, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the profit and loss report and another screenshot once it was exported to PDF?

Yes, despite clearing my brower I am still having this issue. I am reluctant to share screenshots due to the confidential nature of these reports however it is exactly as I and several other people have now posted. I click budget under report options and it shows on the screen however when exporting/viewing/printing it only shows the "actuals" column. If however I tick any of the "compare to" boxes - year to date/last year/% sales analysis then these export and show up fine. However it is the budget figures I need as this is how we report to our Board!
