Invoices and quote creation

New to myob so sorry if this is a dumb question   i loaded up items in myob thinking they are similar to products in other software. Then tried to create a quote but nothing populatis in the descri...

Hi P8ence 

If you're using MYOB Business, please open the item and tick "Use item description in sales and purchases" and save the changes. Once this option is selected, the description will automatically populate when the item is used in quotes or invoices.
