Recurring Invoices - MYOB Essentials not creating

Hi,

 

I have recurring invoices set up but it has not created the transactions for the last 2 days now

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

 

When I go into the recurring transactions it says they are overdue?

Hi Leonie, I had no responses but it seems to have fixed its self this morning.

Oh you're lucky! Mine is still missing a couple that should have been there days ago....I might have to call. Thanks for letting me know.

Thank you for notifying us about your concern and we are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties with the recurring invoices set up that do not create transactions. We are grateful for your patience and understanding on this matter. 
 
Regarding your concern, you would need to double-check if you set up the recurring transactions automatically. Make sure you set up the date or day correctly. Our Article Recurring Transactions has instructions on how to do this within Essentials.

Hello,  Thank you for your reply; up until the last 4 weeks or so the recurring invoices have been working correctly and it's just lately that they have not been gererating.

Thanks for getting back to us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your time and patience in letting us know about your concern. 
 
There are possible reasons why a recurring transaction will not be generated on your sales page. First, the file is corrupted. Second, the authorized user may not have logged in. 
 
If your file is online, recurring transactions that are scheduled to be recorded automatically will be recorded between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. (Melbourne time) on the due date, even if the file is not open. While for the offline file, the recurring transactions will be recorded automatically once the selected user signs into the company file, on or after the due date. The user you have specified will also receive a notification about it.

Hello,

 

I also started experiencing this issue about 4 weeks ago. My scheduled recurring invoices have worked flawlessly for over a year but now they won't create invoices by themselves. 2 weeks I deleted all the schedules and created them again, it then worked for a week but this week it has stopped working and it shows in the recurring transactions list that the invoices are overdue but haven't been created..
