EXO Payroll - Email custom payslip Not working

Hi, 

I'm using MYOB EXO Payroll and I have no problem emailing payslip via the Payslip - Emailing Wizard.

However we want to be able to send our custom payslip but when trying to email the Payslip Custom ones, it doesn't work. I tried via the email or distribution option.

The message error we get is "Payslip could not be created".

Could you please advise or help on this issue?
