MYOB EXO Job costing

Hi,

 

When we try to invoice a job from Job Costing, it says negative stock even we have plenty of stock on hand.

 

Can someone please assist?

    Hi Bee2 ,

    This happens if your WIP location gets out of track with your job contents.

    This can happen for a few reasons, you'll want to talk to your consultant about isolating the exact cause and preparing a fix.

     

    Workaround in a crunch:
    You can technically make stock adjustments direct to the WIP location to increase the stock levels and allow jobs to invoice out.  This is not recommended however as it doesn't fix the causes of the problem and will likely lead to WIP valuation problems.
