HTTP error 503 - unable to login 20 -21/2/2022

Can't seem to login MYOB essentials and I get an error 503.

Hi 

It looks as though my account has been transferred over to the new system. I keep getting System Error messages, and now when I log in it says it can't find my business. Has anyone else had this problem? Logging on to do payroll so tying to avert a bit of a disaster right now. Grateful for any advice as all MYOB online help is closed down until tomorrow.

Trying for several hours to access our account to create new invoices, can barely get a page to load, once I am lucky enough to it lasts about 60 seconds and then takes me back to the login page without warning or saving anything created! Website Status page shows maintenance work being currently performed, but also states there will be no impact to usage....

In the same boat. Eventually after constantly refreshing it loaded correctly, but only lasted 60seconds and booted me back to the login page, went through the same thing again and finally got back in - only to find no progress on the invoice I had started to create had been saved. Been trying for over 30mins again now and still can't even get past the login page.

says there should be no impact.... but obviously there is

I'd say when a significant number of paying customers can't get access to it that is a huge impact. Hope they are working on it with all hands on deck.
