But the error message will appear due to the date format as mentioned. Unfortunately, the date format cannot be changed once the payroll has been processed. As the payroll has already been processed with the previous date format, it does not allow the statement text to be changed. While we can change the email delivery with the drop down box, the error message will appear. It seems that there maybe no solution to this, but anyway, thank you again.
