Online Payments: Disable option by default on invoices (enable when required)

When you turn on Credit Card payments it is automatically set as on and you have to untick a box to switch it off for each invoice. We only want it as an option for certain customers, we will rarely use it due to the fees so we want it to be off by default and only tick the box for those rare transactions. We frequently forget to untick the box and as our transactions are very large we get hit with huge fees and so we've had to just switch the whole option off to avoid these mistakes.
