Setup: Add to homescreen functionality for mobile devices (A2hs)

I have been doing some research and discovered a new feature in phone browsers where compatible web apps can be accessed via a shortcut and be accessed in a similar way to a normal app. It would be nice for the new essentials to have this written into the program so that it creates a sort of 'app' for phones
