CANCEL MY ACCOUNT PLEASE

I haven't used MYOB at all, since the free trial. I have requested cancellation & refund several times but still continue to get bills, why is it so hard to get this cancelled. I have called several times and waited over an hour. MYOB have just taken another payment. I spoke to a girl who said it will be cancelled and refunded, but Im still getting charged. 

This is extremely unethical business practice, and I need some sort of compensation and resolution for the trouble, time and effort that MYOB has caused me. I will take it to the ombudsman if I dont have a response, cancellation and refund in the next 3 days. Appalling customer service.

Looking at the account I can see that the subscription for serial number ending in 6643 has been canceled as per the MYOB Business Terms of Use. As such, the ending date of the subscription is 28 February 2023 in accordance with that subscription's Terms of use. In saying that, I can see that you have also decided to take this matter up with our Feedback & Complaints channel.

 

If you do require further assistance with the use of your MYOB Business product don't hesitate to post on the Forum again. I'm sure the MYOB Community would be happy to assist.
