IRD Response code: 106

Hi, 

 

Running into an error where the Payday Reporting Manager tool is giving the following error: IRD Reponse code 106, Error message: A relationship between this account and employee IRD already exists. 

 

Does anyone have any more information or how we can solve this?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    As per checking the error message you received, there is no action required. The reason for the error is when a user has created an employee in MYOB that already exists in MYOB. Kindly check The Help Article: Errors in payday filing - NZ for further information.
