I agree!! And for some reason since the upgrade I can no longer allocate the wage payments, it's a mess! I'm seriously considering changing to another provider since this upgate. Hate it!
I have requested a free trial with another provider PAYHERO think it used to be call IMS which I used at a previous job I liked IMS so will see how the free trial goes. Conversations with PAYHERO have been very helpful they have emailed me all the relevant inform I need for 14 day trial and other relevant info if we were to move over to them.
I do have another three I have lined up to try out before I make the decision who I will be moving over to. I have do doubt will be moving to another provider. I have the approval from by bosses. No doubt many more will be moving over to another provider. MYOB no doubt will be lossing lots of customers.

thank you for the hint around other payroll providers, I too am in the process of looking as this upgrade has created so much more work and my time is valuable.

I really think they should just revert back and save themselves a lot of customers and issues they're having to resolve - why did they change something that already worked perfectly well!
