I agree!! And for some reason since the upgrade I can no longer allocate the wage payments, it's a mess! I'm seriously considering changing to another provider since this upgate. Hate it!

I have requested a free trial with another provider PAYHERO think it used to be call IMS which I used at a previous job I liked IMS so will see how the free trial goes. Conversations with PAYHERO have been very helpful they have emailed me all the relevant inform I need for 14 day trial and other relevant info if we were to move over to them.

 

I do have another three I have lined up to try out before I make the decision who I will be moving over to. I have do doubt will be moving to another provider. I have the approval from by bosses.  No doubt many more will be moving over to another provider.  MYOB no doubt will be lossing lots of customers.

thank you for the hint around other payroll providers, I too am in the process of looking as this upgrade has created so much more work and my time is valuable.

I really think they should just revert back and save themselves a lot of customers and issues they're having to resolve - why did they change something that already worked perfectly well!

1. Absolutely agree with everything this person has to say about the "upgraded system"!

2. Doesnt appear to be designed for NZ Users.

3. Sick pay days are now shown on all payslips (there is no option to switch it off) Note: it not compulsory in NZ to show on payslips. 

4. We will be changing to a different system ASAP.

I am trying out a new payroll now have 14 day trial. Will how this one works for us.

 

Also going to try others before we switch over soner the better.

I can see MYOB have blocked all my comments from anyone liking them.  What has happend to freedom of speech.

Well, I have just done my pay run which has taken me so much longer and every time someone is "ONCALL" or gets paid time half I have to reenter those amounts in the pay run, sooooo much extra work is unnecessary.

 

Can't wait to start on ACE

ACE payroll was brought out by MYOB so ACE payroll is MYOB
