Bank Feeds

For some reason my bank feeds for 1 of my companies have stopped as at 20/8/2022.

They are still showing in the bank as being active but are not coming through in MYOB Essentials.

 

Any ideas why or do I need to contact ASB

Thanks for letting us know.

 

So that I can look into this with the banking team for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

  • Serial number
  • Business name
  • Your name + email
  • Last 4-digits of the affected bank feed account/s
